Looking for a talented Deskside Support Technician
Must have knowledge of the following:
•Supporting Dell and HP laptops, desktops, servers and printers
•Windows 2000 (desktop & server), Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP, Windows Vista
• Experience supporting common corporate apps like MS Office 2000, 2003, 2007, IE, Acrobat, Visio, etc.
• MS office (Outlook support and repair experience a must!)
• Microsoft Active Directory knowledge a must! (Domain user/group creation and maintenance)
• VPN and Remote Desktop
• Security Policy
• Blackberry support (BIS and BES knowledge)
• Network support
• Printer Repairs
• All candidates must have at least (1) year of hardware support experience.
• All candidates MUST currently possess the A+ certification.
All candidates must be able to successfully pass a drug, criminal and fingerprint background check.
